Gravity Fitness Ltd and Gravity Franchise Ltd will be referred to as Gravity, Gravity’s, We or Us throughout this document. Gravity may trade as Gravity Trampoline Parks and (or) Gravity Active Entertainment.
The recreational services include participation in trampolining, dodge ball and basketball, Urban Rocks Climbing and Aerial Adventures.
By purchasing a ticket from Gravity, you agree that the supply of Gravity’s services and any participation in Gravity activities by you in the leisure and fitness activities is subject to the following terms and conditions:
You acknowledge that the leisure and fitness activities are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence, personal injury and sometimes death may occur. You voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue Gravity for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or arising from participation in such activities;
You cannot participate in the trampoline leisure and fitness activities if you are under 5 years of age, unless you are accompanied on the activities at all times by a parent or a responsible adult guardian. Those aged 5 to under 13 are allowed on the activities unaccompanied but must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult on the park at all times.
Those aged 13 to under 18 are allowed unaccompanied and unsupervised.
The minimum age is 18 months of age for all activities. The weight limit for an individual participant is 150 kg’s. Gravity recommends that those with weight-related concerns should consult their health services provider and receive medical clearance before engaging in trampoline jumping.
Briefing and Safety Rules include: proper fitting of the harness, instruction in use of the carabiners, safety checks before, during and jumping down from your climb, and a demonstration of 'safe' climbing in the arena.
Stairway to Heaven: The minimum height & weight for users is 120cm/4ft & 10kg/22lb. The maximum weight for users is 150kg/330lb. Children 12 years and under need to have an adult on premises when climbing.
SkyRider: No person over 110kg / 242 lbs / 17st 4 lbs should be allowed on the SkyRider. No person over 187cm / 6ft 2” tall should be allowed on the SkyRider. No person less than 130cm / 4ft 3” tall should be allowed on the SkyRider unless specific harnesses are available for said person.
Leap of Faith: The minimum height & weight for users is 130cm/4ft 3" & 10kg/22lb. The maximum weight for users is 150kg/330lb. The minimum age for users is 6 years old.
Free Fall Jump: The minimum height & weight for users is 130cm/4ft 3" & 10kg/22lb. The maximum weight for users is 150kg/330lb. The minimum age for users is 6 years old.
No loose shoes, e.g. flip flops, hats or superficial clothing that may impede the harness.
Long hair must be tied back or tucked into harness jacket.
Hoods attached to garments must be tucked into the harness jacket securely.
No hooped or dangling earrings, necklaces or bracelets.
You must comply with all signs or other directions of Gravity. Gravity may suspend or cancel your participation in any recreational activities in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct. Images and (or) video recordings may be captured of you or any other person(s) within your party / group by photographers and (or) videographers appointed by Gravity.
If you would prefer not to be photographed / filmed, or have any questions relating to photography at Gravity, you must notify a member of staff at your earliest convenience.
With the exception of Gravity Bluewater, customers and visitors are also permitted to take non-intrusive photographs and (or) video footage at Gravity, subject to the additional terms outlined below. Gravity reserve the right to stop images and (or) video being taken by customers & (or) visitors at any time.
Photographs and (or) video are not permitted to be taken by customer, visitors or participants at Gravity Bluewater. Please note: Images / video taken by those appointed by Gravity or customers / visitors may also capture persons in any area within Gravity, whether they are the main intentional subject, or unintentionally captured in the background.
Whilst within the fitness and activity areas at Gravity, images & (or) video will only be taken within designated park Safe Zones. Only photographic equipment that can be carried securely on your person and that does not affect your or others ability to use the leisure and fitness facilities safely, is permitted.
You must only use socks approved by Gravity.
Food or drink must not be consumed whist engaging in the leisure and fitness activities.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol and chewing gum is not permitted whist engaging in the leisure and fitness activities.
You will not be allowed to participate in any leisure and fitness activities if reasonably considered by Gravity to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, but subject to the non-excludable consumer guarantees implied pursuant to the UK Consumer Law, in no event will Gravity or its employees, directors and agents be liable in respect of any claim for any indirect or consequential loss or damage including without limitation personal injury, financial loss (such as loss of profits or use of capital or revenue or otherwise), or for any punitive, exemplary, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statute or statutory duty or breach of any consumer guarantees.
This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gravity in relation to your use of our website, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
This disclaimer will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
A carer is anyone who looks after a family member, partner, friend or client who needs help because of their illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support.
You can prove that you are a paid or unpaid carer with your Carer’s Allowance Letter of Award along with photographic ID, or with a Carer’s card that can be obtained from your local authority.
The Party Cancellation and Refund Policy terms differ to the General terms outlined below. Please refer to the terms outlined in the Party Cancellation and Refund Policy if you have a Party booking.
Gravity Cancellation and Refund Terms apply for all circumstances, including for any persons concerned & (or) affected by COVID-19. Gravity are following WHO & Government guidance pertaining to COVID-19 and have provided updated T&C’s in ‘NOTE 3’ below.
All bookings are subject to a 24-hour cooling off period. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. Bookings cancelled after this time will be offered a reschedule. If a rescheduled date is agreed the 24-hour cooling off period will be applied from the original booking date. If a reschedule cannot be agreed, then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation.
No refunds will be issued on the day for any events. This includes arriving late, non-attendance or any amendments made to the booking on the day. Gravity will endeavour to accommodate a reschedule wherever possible. All refunds valued at £100 or over will be issued in the form of a cheque and may take up to 21 days to process. The cheque will be sent to the customer in first class post.
All parties booked within 21 days of the event date will be subject to a £50 non-refundable deposit. Any party booked at least 21 days in advanced will also be subject to a £50 deposit.
All food options and participant numbers must be confirmed 10 days before the date of the event. The full balance for all parties must be paid at least 10 days before the date of the event.
The full balance for parties may be paid at least 4 days before the date of the event, subject to customer request at the point of booking.
In the event of a cancellation within 21 days of the event date the customer will be entitled to a refund for monies paid subject to a 20% administration fee. Any cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will incur 100% of the charge and no refund will be given.
At Gravity, we are dedicated and passionate about delivering a world class service to all of our customers whether it be prior, during or even after your visit. Socks that are ordered on-line are to be collected from us when you visit our premises.
Gift cards ordered on-line are issued with an e-voucher which can be exchanged for the gift card when you visit our premises. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after which they will expire.
‘VIB’ Gift Cards cannot not be accepted for payment associated with Birthday Parties.
